Policies

What is your Shipping Policy?

All non custom items will be posted within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Custom made snoods, dog collars and leads, etc. will be made and shipped within 7 business days of payment being received. If materials are not in stock, you will be notified and I will let you know when the item is ready to be paid and posted.

I do not aim to profit from post and packaging, and many of my items will have postage included in the store price. All charges are based on Australia Post with an additional cost for the mailing bag. For multiple purchases, I will use a Prepaid Post bag, if it proves to be more cost effective when posting. Limitations of the cart system do not allow exact calculations on line.

What is your Return Policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me, within 7 days. Refunds will only be given for items which are in 'AS NEW' condition. You can then ship your item back and we will refund your purchase price, minus shipping. We want to make sure you are happy.

Dogs for Rural Areas

Do you live on acreage and are looking for a dog who is suitable (or used to) rural living?
Our dogs in care (big and small) are able to be tested with the variety of livestock (eg feathered and furry) prior to being adopted.
