Lithgow Pound is attended from 3 - 4pm Mon - Fri
and other times by appointment.
Lithgow is situated at the western foot of the Blue Mountains, approx 90 minutes from CBD Sydney.
All dogs and puppies come microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and vet checked on adoption for $70 (or $50 for pensioners) however puppies under 3 months cost $90. The dogs are given 28 days to have the desexing procedure done to enable new owners to have their new dogs lifetime registered at the desexed rate of $40 (or $15 for pensioners).

Dogs for Rural Areas
Do you live on acreage and are looking for a dog who is suitable (or used to) rural living?
Our dogs in care (big and small) are able to be tested with the variety of livestock (eg feathered and furry) prior to being adopted.
